MOTORCYCLE LEMON LAW
The Auto Fraud Legal Center has filed an action against Harley Davidson under California’s Lemon Law relating to a motorcycle purchased at Pomona Valley Harley Davidson. In Irving v. Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Inc., San Bernardino County Case No. CIVDS1711335, our client alleges Harley Davidson failed to timely and properly repair his 2011 Harley Davidson FLTRU Road Glide Ultra. The defects our client experienced with his bike include defective saddlebags, over heating, the heat shield falling off, oil leaks, the check engine light illuminating, electrical issues, loss of power on the freeway, an inoperable horn, transmission slipping, the ABS light illuminating, a defective throttle body, and other problems.
