Montemayor v. AutoProz, Inc.; Wells Fargo Bank, National Association; and Great American Insurance Company – San Diego County
Case fully resolved. This case started with an arbitration against AutoProz and Wells Fargo resulting in a judgment against both in the first case. Wells Fargo refunded all of our client’s money and a substantial portion of the attorney fees and costs in the first case. AutoProz went into hiding leaving a portion of the judgment unpaid. In the second case, we went after AutoProz’s surety bond held by Great American Insurance Company. The second case has now settled with Great American Insurance Company paying $25,900 which will satisfy the outstanding judgment from the first case.
