Mercedes-Benz of Escondido Leases Used Car As New

In November 2017, our client went to Mercedes-Benz of Escondido, located in the City of Escondido, in San Diego County, to shop for a new vehicle to lease. After test driving a 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLC300W, she thought she had found a great, new car. She decided to sign a lease agreement. It wasn’t until she received a DMV notice, showing the vehicle had been registered since 2016, that she realized Mercedes-Benz of Escondido allegedly leased her a used vehicle.
