Case settled. Our client alleged the “new” 2020 GMC Yukon had undisclosed damage and repaint work. The settlement requires Folsom Buick Pontiac to refund our client’s payments, payoff the outstanding auto loan, and take back the 2020 GMC Yukon. Folsom Buick Pontiac GMC was also required to pay our client’s attorney fees, costs, and expenses incurred in the case.
