Client alleges Express Auto Lending (1) failed to provide Spanish translations of the purchase contract; (2) misrepresented the Camry’s accident history; (3) misrepresented the total sales price for the Camry; (4) Used an NMVTIS History report in a fraudulent and misleading way; (5) failed to properly itemize the payment obligations in the purchase contract; (6) failed to provide the Buy-Here-Pay-Here warranty; and (7) failed to post the fair market value on the Camry. After purchasing the Camry, Express Auto Lending demanded Client pay an additional $304.00 to get the registration and licence plates from Express Auto Lending.
