McLemore v. Matador Motors, LLC

Plaintiff alleges Matador Motors, located in Sacramento, California, sold her a 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe with metal debris in the engine. Matador Motors sold Plaintiff a service contract along with the vehicle, but the administrator would not cover the expense of replacing the engine. Plaintiff alleges Matador Motors never properly inspected the vehicle before sale, and sold Plaintiff a service contract without determining if the car was covered by the contract.
