McGee v. Randy’s Auto Sales

Our client purchased a 2014 Toyota Camry from Randy’s Auto Sales in Ontario. In a lawsuit filed in San Bernardino Superior Court, she alleges Randy’s Auto Sales overcharged her vehicle license fees and has a pattern and practice of overcharging these fees on all of its sales. She also alleges the Camry has frame damage which was not disclosed to her by Randy’s Auto Sales.
