Martinez v. Lending Group Auto – Sacramento County

New case against Lending Group Auto in Sacramento alleging fraud in the sale of a 2014 Honda Accord. Our client alleges Lending Group Auto (1) advertised the Honda as in excellent condition when it had actually been in an accident and damaged; (2) advertised the Honda with photos that did not match the Honda; (3) misrepresented the Honda’s accident history; (4) misrepresented the Honda’s damage history; (5) used CarFax report in a fraudulent and misleading way; (6) failed to disclose past due DMV fees for the Honda; (7) overcharged Vehicle License Fees; and (8) failed to provide the mandatory Buy-Here-Pay-Here warranty.
