Our client alleges Big T Auto (1) misrepresented the mechanical condition of the Ford Edge; (2) misrepresented the warranty that accompanied the sale of the Ford Edge; (3) failed to comply with the Buy-Here-Pay-Here requirements; (4) breached the express warranty that accompanied the sale of the Ford Edge; and (5) breached the implied warranty of merchantability.
