Our client alleged The Car Lot misrepresented the vehicle’s mechanical condition, failed to provide Spanish-language translations of the GAP Insurance Contract and Service Contract, failed to provide her with a Buyer’s Guide; and overcharged the Vehicle License fee without returning the excess. The Car Lot repurchased our clients’ 2010 Mini Cooper, refunded his payments, paid off the outstanding contract, took back the 2010 Mini Cooper, and paid our firm’s attorney’s fees and costs.
