MAJOR LOS ANGELES AREA RV DEALER SELLS A NEW TRAILER THAT’S A LEMON, WON’T ALLOW CUSTOMER TO BRING IN FOR REPAIRS, THEN TAKES 3 MONTHS TO FIX

Oh v. Mike Thompson Recreational Vehicles, Santa Fe Springs– Santa Fe Springs (Los Angeles)

Our client bought a new 2018 Forest River trailer which was sold to him with all sorts of defects. When our client reported the defects to Mike Thompson RV, the dealership wouldn’t let him bring it in for repairs, but told him to fix it himself. Mike Thompson then agreed to fix the trailer – but kept it for over three months and the trailer still has problems! If you purchased an RV or 5th-wheel from Mike Thompson RV, or purchased a Forest River RV or 5th wheel with mechanical defects, please contact david@rbblawgroup.com. Remember, the lemon law applies to RVs and 5th wheels, and a repair attempt of more than 30 consecutive days can violate the lemon law!
