Lucas v. MNM Auto, Inc. – San Bernardino County

New case filed against MNM Auto, Inc. over the sale and repair of a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu. Our client alleges MNM Auto, Inc. (1) misrepresented the Malibu’s accident and damage history; (2) failed to disclose the Malibu’s history as a rental vehicle; (3) overcharged Vehicle License fees; (4) failed to refund the overcharged Vehicle License Fees; (5) failed to affix the “Reasonable Market Value of Vehicle” label to the Malibu as required by Vehicle Code section 11950; (6) sold the Malibu without a Buy-Here-Pay-Here (“BHPH”)warranty; and (7) falsely advertised that MNM Auto, Inc. only sells “high quality” vehicles.
