Lovas v. Paramount Auto Center

Our client purchased a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe from Paramount Auto Sales in Los Angeles. After purchase, our client learned Paramount Auto Center did not smog the vehicle before selling it to her. If a vehicle is over 4 years old, it is the dealer’s responsibility to provide the buyer proof of a current smog certification unless a smog certification was submitted to the DMV within the past 90 days.

If you purchased a vehicle that does not have a current smog certification, please contact lacee@rbblawgroup.com or call Rosner Barry & Babbitt for a free consultation.
