LOS ANGELES DEALERSHIP ALLEGEDLY SELLS UNDISCLOSED PRIOR-RENTAL VEHCLE WITH CONCEALED ACCIDENT DAMAGE

Our client bought a 2008 Dodge Charger from Starline Motors in Los Angeles. Before signing the contract, our client asked if the vehicle had been in any prior accidents and was told NO. After signing the contract, our client was made to sign documents showing that the vehicle was a prior-rental vehicle AND had been in a prior accident. California law requires prior-rental vehicles to be clearly disclosed in all advertisements. If you were sold a vehicle that was a prior rental vehicle or had been in a prior accident, and that wasn’t disclosed to you before you signed the contract, please contact david@rbblawgroup.com. Rosner Barry & Babbitt’s Auto Fraud Legal Center will provide you a FREE evaluation of your rights. We are here to help you!
