LOS ANGELES BUY-HERE-PAY-HERE DEALERSHIP ALLEGEDLY SELLS VEHICLE FOR MORE THAN ADVERTISED PRICE

Lehmkuhl v. Moka Auto Show Inc. dba Delux Motors – Los Angeles

Our client saw a 2012 Kia Sorrento advertised by Delux Motors, a buy-here-pay-here (“BHPH”) dealership in Inglewood, for a specific price. However, when she went to the dealership to buy the car, the sale price on the vehicle contract was MORE than the advertised price. California law requires a dealer to sell a vehicle for no more than the advertised price (exclusive of interest charges, taxes, and registration). If you were sold a vehicle with a listed contract price GREATER than the advertised price, please contact david@rbblawgroup.com. Rosner Barry & Babbitt’s Auto Fraud Legal Center will provide you a FREE evaluation of your rights. We are here to help you!
