Litigation Update: Settlement with Balboa Motors
We recently negotiated a settlement on behalf of two clients with Balboa Motors in San Diego County. The clients alleged they were sold a vehicle with undisclosed structural damage. When our clients told the dealership the car was having problems, Balboa Motors promised to fix it, but never did. Furthermore, the vehicle was a previous rental, which was also not disclosed to them, and there were numerous legal violations regarding warranties that accompanied the vehicle. Balboa Motors has now agreed to rescind the sale and pay our client’s reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
