Litigation Update: Nissan

One of our cases against Nissan has settled!

This case involved a 2016 Nissan Titan XD Diesel. Our client bought the vehicle new and soon began experiencing a fuel smell in the cabin. Our client brought the vehicle to a Nissan dealership multiple times for the issue. Eventually, the Nissan dealership told our client they were aware of the problem but did not have a fix.

Distressed by the potential health hazards of breathing fumes while driving the vehicle, our client reached out to the Auto Fraud Legal Center for help. We filed a lawsuit in the San Diego Superior Court and were able to settle the case for a confidential amount. Now our client does not have to worry about his potentially dangerous lemon!
