Litigation Update: Nissan of Duarte
Our case against Nissan of Duarte has settled! Our client claims he discovered extensive accident damage on his supposedly certified pre-owned 2013 Nissan Sentra he purchased from the Los Angeles County dealership. It is illegal in California to use the term “certified” in a misleading manner. It is also illegal to advertise or sell a vehicle as “certified” if it has sustained frame damage.
Auto Fraud Legal Center, was able to get ALL our client’s money back, as well as additional money for Nissan of Duarte’s conduct. Our client’s attorneys’ fees and costs were also paid as part of the settlement.
