Our recent case against My Jeep Chrysler Dodge has settled!

The Monterey County dealer sold our client a 2018 Jeep Renegade. Shortly after purchase the vehicle started having problems accelerating and jerking. After several repair attempts with no resolution, our client demanded that FCA, the manufacturer of the vehicle, provide a repurchase under California’s Lemon Law. FCA responded with an unfair buyback offer and demanded our client sign a release agreement. Instead, she called the Auto Fraud Legal Center.

The Auto Fraud Legal Center was able to negotiate a settlement that returns money to our client, takes the lemon off her hands, and pays her attorneys’ fees and costs so she doesn’t have to.

Lilia Guizar was my attorney in a recent fraud case and I am so impressed with the outcome. The process was quick and easy. This legal team is amazing! Yes our case took time but they were always ready to answer any of our questions and we had a lot!
