Litigation Update: FCA and Lodi Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Our recent case against Lodi Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and FCA has concluded!

The San Joaquin County dealer took our client’s 2015 Chrysler 200 as a trade-in for a 2016 Chrysler 200. The problem is that the 2015 Chrysler 200 had transmission problems and was allegedly a “lemon.” Rather than brand its title, the dealer and FCA allegedly conspired to take the 2015 Chrysler as a trade-in and sell our client a 2016 Chrysler 200. But the 2016 had transmission problems as well!

After filing a lawsuit in San Joaquin Superior Court, the Auto Fraud Legal Center was able to get ALL client’s money back, her attorneys’ fees and costs paid, as well as punitive damages.
