Litigation Update: Delano v. Weseloh Chevrolet

Our clients bought a used Honda Odyssey from Weseloh Chevrolet in Carlsbad in San Diego County. Our clients allege that when they asked if the car had been in any accidents prior to purchasing the car, the dealership assured our clients that it had not—even giving them a “clean” Carfax. After purchase, our clients began experiencing mechanical problems with the car. When our clients later attempted to trade-in the car, they found out that the car was sold to them with frame damage. Lilia Guizar was my attorney in a recent fraud case and I am so impressed with the outcome. The process was quick and easy. We even countered the first offer to get what was fair and I’m happy to say that the car was picked up today, I am free of that burden and I feel validated for all the time and money wasted trusting a dealership that took advantage of me. Widowed military wife and mother. That dealership thought I just give up. This legal team is amazing! Yes our case took time but they were always ready to answer any of our questions and we had a lot!
