Litigation Update: Barcenas v. Selective Auto dba Auto Ranch

Our client bought a used car from Auto Ranch in Orange County. Our client alleged the vehicle’s check engine light illuminated the same day he bought the vehicle, and began to misfire and lose power on the freeway. Our client alleges that after Auto Ranch “fixed” the vehicle, the vehicle proceeded to stop on the freeway at least six times. Our client also alleges the dealership charged him vehicle license fees over three times the legal limit. After filing a complaint in court, the attorneys at the Auto Fraud Legal Center were able to get back all of our client’s money, including the additional money he had to spend to fix the vehicle, get the car off his hands, and his attorney’s fees and costs covered.
