Litigation Update: Autocom Nissan East Bay
A dealership in Alameda County sold our elderly client a 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport, for which she traded in her Chevy Traverse. Our client alleges that after letting the dealership know the Rogue Sport hurt her back, they put her into another vehicle but did not put the Traverse’s trade in value towards the new car. What’s more, the new car still hurt our client’s back!
