Litigation Update: All In Auto Sales

Our case against All In Auto Sales has settled!

Our client purchased a 2013 Mazda 5 from the Riverside dealership. After purchase, our client never received her registration. She then discovered the vehicle was sold to her without title. Despite not having title, Capital One, who financed the purchase, continued to collect monthly payments!

Our firm filed a lawsuit in the Riverside Superior Court, alleging violations of the Consumers Legal Remedies Act, Commercial Code, Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, Rosenthal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and Unfair Competition Law.

Rosner, Barry & Babbitt was able to recover more than the value of the vehicle from the dealership’s surety and settled on confidential terms with the other parties. Our client was thrilled with the outcome.
