Our client purchased a 2015 Lexus ES350 as a certified pre-owned vehicle from Lexus of Glendale in Glendale in Los Angeles County. Lexus advertises that their CPO vehicles have undergone a 161-point inspection by Lexus Master Technicians. However, shortly after purchase our client learned the truth: the vehicle was previously damaged, and the repairs were not performed properly.
