Case settled. In this case, our client asked Toyota of Santa Monica for a Toyota Tacoma TDR Pro but was instead sold the lower trim Toyota Tacoma TDR. Toyota of Santa Monica has now agreed to resolve the dispute by repurchasing the 2017 Toyota Tacoma, refunding our client’s incidental damages, paying additional damages, and paying our firm’s attorneys’ fees and costs.
