Korn v. Porsche of Livermore – Hayward

Our client alleges Porsche of Livermore intentionally misrepresented her 2016 Porsche Cayman GT4’s overrev history and refused to perform warranty repairs when the engine failed at 6,800 miles. She has now sued Porsche of Livermore in Alameda County Superior Court seeking reimbursement of the repairs she had to pay to replace the engine.
