Keyes Chevrolet

Our client went to Keyes Chevrolet in Van Nuys and purchased a 2015 Subaru XV Crosstrek. At the time of purchase, our client alleges he was told the vehicle was a certified pre-owned vehicle and was in excellent condition. He also signed a disclosure form stating the vehicle has not been involved in any prior accidents and does not have any “frame or suspension damage.” A few months later, our client discovered the vehicle has severe structural and/or frame damage. Our client alleges this information was not disclosed to him when he purchased the vehicle. After finding out about the vehicle’s damage, our client contacted Keyes Chevrolet, and the Dealership allegedly was unwilling to help our client resolve the issue.
