Our clients purchased a 2014 Toyota Corolla from Kearny Mesa Toyota in San Diego County. Our client was searching for a reliable vehicle she could use to travel to and from Mexico using her SENTRI fast pass. Our client alleges Kearny Mesa Toyota represented the Toyota Corolla would be perfect for her and the last owner used it for travel to Mexico. After purchase, our client learned that the vehicle had previously been used drug trafficking and could not be used for the SENTRI fast pass program.
