In December 2018, our client purchased a 2015 Ram 1500 from Juaregui Imports, Inc., in Ontario. After only two days of driving the vehicle, the vehicle broke down. Our client took the vehicle back to the dealership for repairs. Our client alleges the dealership representative told him the vehicle had been repaired and was ready to be picked up. Our client picked the vehicle up and, two days later, the vehicle broke down again. Our client took the vehicle to a third-party dealership for a diagnostic and was informed the vehicle has too many problems that cannot be fixed. The vehicle has not been in use since March 2019.
