Case settled. Our client alleged Crown Dodge incorrectly ordered a custom built 2019 Chrysler Pacifica. The settlement required Crown Dodge to refund all of our client’s money, payoff the loan, and pay our firm’s attorney’s fees and costs. Before the settlement, Crown Dodge was also ordered to pay over $2,500 in court ordered sanctions.
