Is Your Certified Pre-Owned (“CPO”) Vehicle Less Than Stellar?
Certified Pre-Owned (“CPO”) vehicles are used cars that have allegedly gone through rigorous, manufacturer-approved inspections by authorized dealerships. They’re often the next best thing to buying new. Yet a consumer might buy a CPO vehicle only to find the vehicle is having mechanical issues, or that it had previously been in an accident and there was structural damage! It is illegal to certify a vehicle with structural damage in California. If you purchased a CPO vehicle and something just doesn’t feel right, you may have a CPO that wasn’t thoroughly inspected or certified properly. Please contact tsolik@rbblawgroup.com.
