IS SHIFT THE NEW WAY TO BE SOLD DEFECTIVE “CERTIFIED” VEHICLES AND BE CHEATED?

Zapalski v. Shift Operations LLC – San Francisco
Our client alleges he bought a “certified” 2012 Mercedes E63 from Shift, an online auto dealership that advertises that its certified vehicles undergo a 105-point inspection. However, Shift allegedly charged our client a “Shift Service Fee” of $1,250 with no explanation, added a phony “manufacturer rebate” to the contract, “lumped” the vehicle license fee and registration fee on the contract, used non-OEM spark plugs and the wrong oil (causing the Mercedes to break down), and failed to give our client the certification checklist required by California law for all “certified pre-owned” vehicles being advertised and sold. If you bought a Shift certified car and think you were shafted, or purchased a defective “certified” vehicle from another dealership, please contact david@rbblawgroup.com and get a FREE evaluation from Rosner Barry & Babbitt’s Auto Fraud Legal Center!
