Inman v. Panda Motors, Inc. dba California Motors Direct

Plaintiff alleges California Motors Direct, located in Stanton, California, sold him a 2012 Nissan Pathfinder, and represented that the vehicle qualified as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. Plaintiff alleges the vehicle did not, and could not, qualify as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, and had sustained accident damage prior to Plaintiff’s purchase.
