He alleged he visited the dealership twice regarding a certain white 2019 Ford F-250 Platinum with a diesel engine. He claimed, after the second visit, the dealership called him back and said it could bring the price within Mr. Romo’s budget. Mr. Romo then signed a contract for a white 2019 Ford F-250 Platinum. About a week later, when Mr. Romo was about to refuel the truck for the first time, he was surprised by a sticker stating the truck takes gas.
