New case filed against DCH Acura of Temecula and American Honda Finance Corporation. Our client alleges she traded-in a leased Acura and purchased a new 2018 Acura. Our client alleges DCH Acura of Temecula agreed to pay off any balance owed on the lease vehicle. DCH Acura of Temecula didn’t pay off the balance. Our client informed American Honda Finance Corporation that one of its franchise dealerships had agreed to pay off the lease. Instead of trying to help, American Honda Finance Corporation sent our client to collections and has been putting negative information on her credit!
