– Our client purchased a 2014 Cadillac SRX from Hoehn Buick GMC Cadillac in the City of Carlsbad, in San Diego County. The Vehicle was sold as a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle. Certified Pre-Owned vehicles must meet rigorous standards set by the manufacturer and, participating dealerships must recondition the vehicles to meet those standards before selling them. Shortly after purchase, our client began having mechanical problems with the Vehicle. After approximately ten repair attempts, our client alleges, Hoehn Buick GMC Cadillac has been unable to repair the Vehicle. Our client alleges the Vehicle continues to have the same mechanical problems. After multiple failed repair attempts, we have filed a lawsuit! Lilia Guizar was my attorney in a recent fraud case and I am so impressed with the outcome. The process was quick and easy. We even countered the first offer to get what was fair and I’m happy to say that the car was picked up today, I am free of that burden and I feel validated for all the time and money wasted trusting a dealership that took advantage of me. They always communicated when necessary but I didn’t need someone to hold my hand through the process. She was an aggressive attorney. Recommend her 100%!

This legal team is amazing! Yes our case took time but they were always ready to answer any of our questions and we had a lot!
