Hernandez-Flores v. Southgate Auto, Inc., dba Express Auto Lending – Los Angeles
New case against a familiar buy-here-pay-here dealer. Our client alleges Express Auto Lending sold the 2014 Toyota Corolla S Sedan without disclosing prior accident history and failed to provide Spanish language translations of the purchase documents. Express Auto Lending also allegedly failed to make the required buy-here-pay-here disclosures and failed to provide the required warranty. As we have seen in other cases, Express Auto Lending has started to call customers after the purchase and demand additional money in exchange for the registration and license plates.
