Herlette Braxton Callahan v. Enterprise Car Sales
Our client purchased a 2016 Nissan Altima from Enterprise Car Sales in Gardena in Los Angeles County. Enterprise told our client the vehicle was “Certified” by Enterprise and had been inspected to meet Enterprise’s mechanical standards. Within a week her purchase, the vehicle’s transmission failed. Our client gave the vehicle back to Enterprise, who sent it to Nissan North America for manufacturer warranty repairs. The vehicle’s transmission continued to malfunction. So our client contacted the Auto Fraud Legal Center for help. We filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court on her behalf alleging Enterprise misrepresented the condition of the “Certified” vehicle, and further, the vehicle was a “lemon.”
