Our client bought a vehicle from Rockstar Rides in January 2019. Our client alleges that when he bought the vehicle, the contract for sale listed it as having 223,097 miles on it. However, a Carfax vehicle history report pulled by the attorneys at Rosner, Barry & Babbitt’s Auto Fraud Legal Center showed the vehicle as having 223,509 miles on it back in April 2018.
