New case filed against Penske Chevrolet regarding a 2012 GMC Sierra. Our clients allege the check engine light came on before they got the 2012 Sierra home and that Penske Chevrolet insisted that warranty repairs could only occur at the Penske Chevrolet location and then refused to honor the warranty when our clients delivered the 2012 Sierra to Penske Chevrolet. According to Penske Chevrolet, the 2012 Sierra needs $6,000 worth of repairs, including a new catalytic converter.
