HARD SHIFTING FORD LEMON Stiehle v. Ford

Our client went to Used Car Megastore in National City in San Diego County to purchase a used truck. He decided to purchase a 2015 Ford F-350 which was still under Ford’s factory warranty. He alleges that he has experienced repeated operational problems with the transmission in his 2015 Ford F-350. Ford has refused to buy-back his F-350.
