Hammond v. Perry Infiniti of Escondido – San Diego County
Case settled. Perry Infiniti of Escondido repurchased our client’s “new” 2017 Infinity QX60 it was discovered that the Infiniti had been used as a rental and was in an accident prior to our client’s purchase. After purchase, the Infiniti couldn’t drive straight. Under the terms of the settlement, Perry Infiniti refunded our client’s payments, paid additional damages, paid off the outstanding lease balance, paid our attorney’s fees, costs, and expenses, and is required to brand the title of the Infiniti as a lemon law buyback.
