Hammond, et. al. v. Perry Falk Infiniti of Escondido; Perry Automotive Group; and Nissan North America (Infiniti) – San Diego

New case filed alleging Perry sold our clients a “new” 2017 Infiniti QX60 without disclosing an accident and rental history. The Vehicle pulls to the right and cannot be fixed by Perry or Infiniti. Perry ended up modifying the QX60’s alignment to counteract the drift.
