Gonzalez v. FCA US, LLC – Alameda County

New case filed against FCA US, LLC over a 2019 Jeep Cherokee. Jeep was purchased in February 2019 and our client alleged the Jeep experienced defects affecting the braking system right after purchase. By May 6, the Jeep had already been out of service for repairs for 41 days without being fixed.
