Our client alleges Ross Nissan of El Monte (1) misrepresented the Hyundai’s accident history; (2) misrepresented that the Nissan was a “certified” or CPO vehicle; and (3) violated Vehicle Code 11713.18(a), which regulates the advertising and sale of vehicles in California as “certified.”
