GMC ACADIA
The Auto Fraud Legal Center has made yet another claim that a 2018 GMC Acadia is a lemon. Our clients’ vehicle has a known defect related to the parking brake and the shift harness. GM has failed to repair out clients’ Acadia, and we are waiting for GM to respond to our demand that the GMC Acadia be repurchased as a lemon.
California’s lemon law is designed to protect consumers by requiring car companies to repurchase or replace vehicles that suffer from warranty defects that cannot be fixed in a reasonable number of attempts, which can be as few as 2 repair attempts. If you think your GM vehicle may be a lemon, you may be entitled to get your money back and it won’t cost you anything as all your attorney’s fees and costs will be paid by the car manufacturer.
