GET A RECALL NOTICE FROM VOLKSWAGEN FOR VEHICLE NON-COMPLIANCE?

Volkswagen recently sent out notices that your vehicle may not conform to federal motor vehicle standards. If so, this means your vehicle was an early production vehicle that was sold after it was no longer needed for internal use. These vehicles are never supposed to be sold! And if the vehicles were sold, Volkswagen should have informed you that it was a pre-production model and how that vehicle differs from the actual production model. However, Volkswagen didn’t do that. In fact, there is no way to know if your vehicle is even safe to drive, as its design never passed vehicle safety standards.

Lilia Guizar was my attorney in a recent fraud case and I am so impressed with the outcome. The process was quick and easy. We even countered the first offer to get what was fair and I’m happy to say that the car was picked up today, I am free of that burden and I feel validated for all the time and money wasted trusting a dealership that took advantage of me. This legal team is amazing! Yes our case took time but they were always ready to answer any of our questions and we had a lot!
