Our client alleges Tesla stole over $6,000 from him by changing the agreed value of his trade-in on the purchase contract (but not on the paperwork filed with the Department of Motor Vehicles). Fun fact, our client also alleges Tesla fraudulently tried to get our client to sign a modified contract by claiming his signature didn’t capture on the original contract—it did and Tesla later admitted it.
