Fowler v. Riverside Chevrolet; Santander Consumer USA, Inc.; and General Motors (Chevrolet) – Riverside

New lawsuit filed over another bad Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Camaro. Our client alleges Riverside Chevrolet told him the Camaro had passed the rigorous CPO inspection and was not a prior rental vehicle. Turns out, the Camaro was used as a rental. Despite the vehicle having allegedly passed the CPO inspection, one day after purchasing the Camaro, our client had to take it in for repairs that lasted 14 days! After multiple repair attempts, he was told that the convertible top has a known defect. Does General Motors allow dealers to certify vehicles with known defects???
